Ingredients:

Magnesium oxide, Humicin Powder (Natural Humic Acid-fulvic acid), Iron sulphate, Copper sulphate, Manganese sulphate, Sodium selenite.

Dosage: 2x1 capsules daily, to be taken by itself, dissolved in the mouth or swallowed with plenty of liquid. If possible, take the capsules with fruit juice or mineral water, not with chlorine-containing tap water.
