Humic acids and fulvic acids contain at least 70 kinds of minerals in themselves, and all of them in an absorbable, biologically usable form.

Dosage: 2x1 capsules daily, to be taken by itself, dissolved in the mouth or swallowed with plenty of liquid. If possible, take the capsules with fruit juice or mineral water, not with chlorine-containing tap water.
