Humic acid in Humicin chromium capsules

has chelating properties, which means that it binds chromium, thus protecting it from acids and enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract and significantly improving the utilization of chromium, i.e., its absorption into the body, which is poorly absorbed from other sources. The capsules can be taken as a course of treatment, with 3-month (3 boxes) courses recommended. They are gluten-free, free from artificial additives, and contain chromium in its natural, organic form.

How does Humicin help chromium to be absorbed?

1. Chelation: Humic acid is a strong chelating agent that binds chromium ions, giving them a "protective shell."
2. Avoiding damage: This shell protects chromium from the acidic environment of the stomach, digestive enzymes, and other food components that would otherwise inhibit absorption.
3. Enhanced absorption: Protected chromium can be absorbed more efficiently through the intestinal tract than inorganic chromium ingested with food.

Chromium is an essential microelement that our body cannot produce, so we have to replace it with nutrition.

Dosage:

2x1 capsules daily, to be taken by itself, dissolved in the mouth or swallowed with plenty of liquid. If possible, take the capsules with fruit juice or mineral water, not with chlorine-containing tap water.
