The product is food supplement containing Natural Humic Acid - Fluvic Acid and Iron. Iron is involved in the normal transport of oxygen in the body, and contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation and normal immune function. The ability of iron to increase endurance appears immediately.

Humicin iron capsules improve iron absorption thanks to their humic acid contentn, because humic acid "captures" iron through its chelating effect, protecting it from acids and other substances in the digestive tract, thus allowing it to be absorbed more efficiently by the body. This helps prevent iron deficiency, as humic acid ensures that the supplemented iron is better utilized

Consumption of the products is recommended mainly in case of unbalanced diet, strict diet.

Dosage: 2x1 capsules daily, to be taken by itself, dissolved in the mouth or swallowed with plenty of liquid. If possible, take the capsules with fruit juice or mineral water, not with chlorine-containing tap water.
