EHY–2030 mEHT System

(Price Upon request)

The EHY‑2030 is an advanced wellness and healthcare system based on modulated electrohyperthermia (mEHT) technology, designed to promote comfort, healing, and immune system balance in clients undergoing demanding medical therapies or long-term rehabilitation.

It uses precisely controlled radiofrequency (RF) energy to create a selective bioelectromagnetic environment that helps the body maintain homeostasis, supports immune activity, and provides a deeply relaxing, warming experience.

Concept: supporting the cellular environment and immune system

The EHY‑2030 operates on the medically accepted, internationally allocated ISM frequency of 13.56 MHz, using a capacitive coupling between two electrodes placed on the body surface.

Since different tissues and cells have different conductivities and permittivities, the electric field naturally concentrates in regions where there is greater bioelectrical heterogeneity, which is typically associated with a stressed or unregulated cellular environment.

Within this focused area, the system delivers a precise energy dose that typically raises the local temperature of the selected micro-regions to approximately 42–45 °C at the level of cell membranes and transmembrane protein clusters, while the surrounding tissues are only slightly warmed.

This controlled microheating and field modulation is aimed at:

  • supporting immune activation and intercellular signaling in the target area,
  • promoting microcirculation and tissue perfusion,
  • creating a cell environment that is unfavorable for cells but well tolerated by healthy tissue.

The approach emphasizes supportive care: enhancing comfort, promoting relaxation, and facilitating more effective functioning of the body's own regulatory systems alongside standard medical therapies.

Energy transfer and selective focusing

The EHY-2030 uses a modulated RF carrier at 13.56 MHz, with an effective RF output power of up to 350 W(eff) and a peak power of up to 800 W(pp) in pulse mode, with a nominal load of 50 Ω.

The modulation uses a pink noise pattern that distributes energy across a broad spectrum of low-frequency components that interact with the complex, fractal-like structure of living tissue.

Key features of energy transfer:

  • Capacitive coupling between the treatment electrode and the counter electrode, forming a closed electrical circuit through the body part.
  • The modulated field follows the heterogeneity of the extracellular matrix and cell membranes, leading to selective energy absorption in malignant or otherwise unregulated tissue microdomains.
  • The device uses an intelligently controlled stepper motor tuning system for rapid impedance matching, minimizing reflected energy and ensuring stable, predictable dosing.

Thanks to this focus, more than 95% of the applied energy dose can be absorbed by the target tissue volume, compared to approximately one-seventh of the partial efficiency reported with conventional hyperthermia solutions.

The result is highly efficient, yet low-stress energy transfer that supports systemic responses with moderate local power levels.

Smart Electrode System (SES) for comfort

The EHY-2030 device is equipped with a Smart Electrode System (SES) designed to optimize safety and user comfort during treatments.

Key features of the SES include:

  • Built-in electrode identification and lifetime management, which allows for accurate tracking of usage and ensures consistent performance over time.
  • Continuous communication between the electrode module and the central controller for real-time monitoring of contact quality, impedance, and energy delivery.
  • Controlled surface temperature at the contact surface between the electrode and the skin to keep the contact surface comfortable and prevent hot spots, enhancing the relaxing, wellness-like experience of the treatment.

LED positioning to support accurate placement of the treatment electrode and consistent, reproducible targeting of the desired area.

  • Multiple electrode sizes (e.g., Smart Electrode M and L) with defined maximum power levels (typically up to 150 W and 250 W, respectively), allowing for treatments tailored to different body parts and client conditions.

For particularly sensitive areas, the D200 electrode is available with a maximum power of 150 W, providing an additional layer of safety when working near delicate anatomical areas.

RF generator and impedance matching

At the heart of the system is a state-of-the-art RF generator designed specifically for wellness-oriented mEHT applications.

Technical specifications:

  • Max. RF effective output power: 350 W (eff)
  • Peak RF power (pulse mode): 800 W (pp)
  • Output carrier frequency: 13.56 MHz (ISM band)
  • Nominal load: 50 Ω
  • Mains voltage: 100–230 VAC, 50/60 Hz
  • Maximum power consumption: typically up to 600 W for the entire system.

The generator is connected to an automatic, stepper motor-driven tuning network that continuously analyzes the patient's impedance, including body size, tissue composition, and movement, and adjusts the tuning network in real time.

This self-tuning capability:

  • minimizes reflected energy,
  • stabilizes the delivered energy dose,
  • and customizes each treatment to the actual bioelectrical characteristics of each client.

The result is a smooth, continuously optimized energy transfer that maintains client comfort, avoids sudden power changes, and ensures reproducible conditions between treatments.

Electromagnetic Safety and Environmental Radiation

The EHY‑2030 complies with international electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards for medical devices and is evaluated according to electromagnetic radiation and immunity guidelines.

Key safety data:

  • Carrier frequency attenuation: Built-in attenuation of approximately 120 dB ensures that the surrounding stray radiation is approximately one million times lower than the energy delivered to the patient.

  • At 150 W of therapeutic power, the environmental radiation around the device is typically less than 2 mW, which is significantly lower than the levels typically emitted by many consumer RF sources.

  • The RF frequency used is non-ionizing and approximately eight times lower than the frequencies typically used for commercial FM radio broadcasts, providing deep penetration without ionizing effects.

These design features make the system suitable for integration into health, rehabilitation, and wellness centers, where multiple devices and sensitive monitoring equipment may be operating in parallel.

Integrated Patient Management System (PMS)

The EHY‑2030 includes an integrated patient management system (PMS) that supports structured, traceable, and secure treatment management.

PMS features:

  • Newly developed hardware platform with increased processor performance for fast response control, parameter calculation, and logging.

  • Integrated solid state drive (SSD) with high speed and capacity for storing session histories, technical log files, and customer-specific protocols.

  • Modular information architecture that separates technical control data from user-level session data for clarity and reliability.

  • Web-based remote access with encrypted, server-integrated remote control, allowing authorized technical personnel to perform diagnostics, update firmware, and monitor system status without physical presence.

  • Automatic fault reporting that notifies service engineers when a fault or parameter deviation is detected.

For clinical or wellness workflows, the PMS can store predefined treatment protocols for standard step-up heating profiles, including power ramp-up, plateau periods, and cool-down phases, ensuring reproducible and documentable procedures.

User interface and comfort-focused design

The EHY-2030 has been designed with a focus on user and customer comfort, making it suitable for healthcare, integrated oncology support, and high-end wellness environments.

Design features:

  • Large, user-friendly touchscreen display with full system control, showing real-time performance, impedance, temperature, and treatment duration.
  • Ergonomic electrode holder arm with electronic control, facilitating applicator positioning and ensuring stable contact during treatment.

The shape and casing of the system have been optimized to reduce visual and psychological stress, contributing to a calmer, more relaxing atmosphere during use.

  • Integrated with comfort accessories such as special mattresses and waterbed combinations, it helps users lie comfortably and reduces anxiety associated with medical equipment.

  • Manual emergency stop button, accessible to the client at any time, reinforcing the feeling of control and safety.

These features combine to enable the EHY‑2030 to function not only as a precision RF device, but also as a comfort-focused wellness platform that can be integrated into holistic care concepts, day hospital waiting rooms, private clinics, and premium recovery centers.
